Born and raised here in Pekin, we imagined a small family owned business in our hometown community. This happened to be a backyard BBQ environment where friends become family. Our journey began in 2019 as we refurbished a few historical buildings in downtown Pekin for carryout and small dining. Then we moved on to renovating not just an old gas station from the 90's, but to some in the area memories that mean so much more. Bringing an old-fashioned stick burner, southern, smokey taste with multiple options of BBQ to make sure it's just the way you like it.
